How to Request Deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request".
Include the phone number you used on WhatsApp (and your name, if you shared it with us).
Alternatively, send the message "DELETE MY DATA" to our WhatsApp number and a team member will process it.
What Happens Next
We will verify the request and delete your conversation history and contact details from our systems within 30 days, and confirm by email or WhatsApp. Information we are legally required to keep will be retained only for that purpose.
