1. Introduction

Welcome to Inteligentic Solutions. By contracting any of our services, including Managed IT Support & Maintenance Plans and Website & E-commerce Maintenance Plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully before purchasing or signing any agreement.


2. Managed IT Support & Maintenance Plans
2.1 Scope of Services

The Managed IT Support & Maintenance Plans include:

  • Remote IT support for eligible devices.

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance according to the selected plan (Starter, Business, or Enterprise).

  • Device monitoring and basic/advanced network supervision.

  • On-site support as detailed per plan (Starter: on-demand at $120/hour; Business and Enterprise: limited included visits).

  • Basic IT consulting and advisory sessions according to the plan.

2.2 Support Ticket Policy
  • Starter Plan:
    Each support ticket covers up to 30 minutes of remote assistance. A maximum of 5 tickets per month is included.
    Tickets requiring more time or complex interventions will either consume additional tickets or be quoted separately.

  • Business and Enterprise Plans:
    Remote support is unlimited during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST).
    Only daily operational incidents are covered, such as troubleshooting PCs, printers, basic software errors, network issues, and email support.

2.3 Services Not Included (Extra Charges Apply)

The following services are NOT included under standard monthly plans and will require separate quotations:

  • New server, network, or infrastructure implementations.

  • Data migrations, domain moves, or large-scale system upgrades.

  • Custom development, scripting, automation creation.

  • Cloud architecture redesign or complex integrations (e.g., CRM, ERP, SaaS apps).

  • Strategic IT consulting beyond the included review sessions.

2.4 On-Site Visits

Starter Plan: No on-site visits included; available upon request at $120/hour.
Business and Enterprise Plans: A limited number of on-site visits are included per month (see specific plan terms).


3. Website & E-commerce Maintenance Plans (Standard Plan)
3.1 Scope of Services

The Website & E-commerce Maintenance Standard Plan includes:

  • Monthly updates of WordPress core, plugins, and themes.

  • Basic malware monitoring and security reinforcement.

  • Weekly automatic backups of the website.

  • Speed and performance analysis every two months.

  • Remote technical support (up to 3 support tickets per month, 24–48h response time).

  • Content maintenance (up to 2 content updates per month).

  • Publication and formatting of 1 blog article per month (if applicable).

  • Basic SEO performance reports every 3 months.

3.2 Support Ticket Policy
  • Each support ticket under this plan covers minor fixes, CMS updates, small layout adjustments, or troubleshooting website features.

  • Tickets requiring major redesign, new page creation, full template changes, integration of third-party plugins, or performance overhauls are not included and will be quoted separately.

3.3 Services Not Included (Extra Charges Apply)
  • Full redesign of the website.

  • New functionality development (custom plugins or heavy modifications).

  • Complex SEO services, external marketing campaigns, or paid advertising management.

  • Hosting services outside the existing contracted platform.


4. Billing and Payments
  • All monthly services are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

  • Clients must maintain an active subscription to keep services and support active.

  • Payment methods include Stripe, Zelle, ACH transfers, or approved credit card payments.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension until the account is regularized.


5. Terms and Renewal
  • Minimum commitment: 12 months for Managed IT Support Plans and Website Maintenance Plans, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Services automatically renew month-to-month after the initial commitment, unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Early termination fees may apply if cancellation occurs before completing the minimum term.


6. Liability Disclaimer
  • Inteligentic Solutions is not responsible for data loss, downtime, service interruptions, or damages caused by third-party vendors, hosting platforms, or client-side mismanagement.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining valid licenses, access credentials, and compliance with any applicable regulations.


7. Changes to Terms

Inteligentic Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and clients will be notified accordingly.
